Counselling for Swindon
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and I help people who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, trauma and workplace issues. I also support people who are seeking to better understand their neurodivergence.
I provide a safe and supportive environment where you have the opportunity to feel truly heard, maybe for the first time in your life. Working together we can shine a light on the patterns which have been holding you back, and build the resources you need to move forward in your life.
