I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and I help people who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, trauma and workplace issues. Based in Wombourne, I offer in-person counselling sessions from a comfortable room located just 5.6 miles from the centre of Perton. Easy on-street parking makes it a practical journey by car.

Online sessions from Perton

Alternatively sessions can be held online using Google Meet. All you need is a suitable device (smartphone, tablet or computer), a reliable internet connection, and a private space where you won’t be overheard during your session. Meeting links are automatically emailed to you prior to your session.

Telephone sessions from Perton

If you’re not comfortable using the internet, then telephone sessions are a useful alternative and work well for many people.
