Counselling in Wombourne near Wolverhampton — calm, thoughtful support

If you’ve found your way here through Google, you may be looking for counselling that feels grounded, supportive, and genuinely focused on understanding you as an individual.

Many people reach out when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure while appearing to cope well on the surface. You might be experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, or simply a growing sense that something needs to change but you’re not sure where to begin.

I offer counselling for adults who want a thoughtful, confidential space to slow down, make sense of patterns, and explore what life could feel like with less pressure to constantly cope.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You feel overwhelmed or mentally exhausted despite managing day-to-day life.

  • You want to understand yourself more deeply rather than just manage symptoms.

  • You’re looking for a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly.

  • You value a reflective approach that moves at your pace.

How I work

My approach is person-centred and non-directive. Rather than offering quick fixes or trying to fit you into a particular label, we focus on understanding your experiences from your perspective. Together we explore patterns — how you think, feel and respond — helping you develop clearer insight and move forward in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful.

Clients often come to me with:

  • anxiety and ongoing stress

  • relationship or family difficulties

  • burnout or work-related pressure

  • low confidence or self-esteem

  • major life changes such as redundancy or separation

  • experiences connected to neurodivergence or high sensitivity.

You don’t need to arrive with everything clearly defined. Counselling begins wherever you are.
