If you’ve been coping for a long time but something still doesn’t feel right
You may appear to be coping well on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted underneath. Perhaps you’ve spent a long time managing anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship strain without quite understanding why things feel so heavy.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet feel misunderstood — by others or sometimes by themselves. Therapy provides space to slow down, reflect on patterns, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
How I work
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in understanding your experience from your perspective. I’m not interested in reducing you to labels or telling you how you should be. Instead, we work together to explore the patterns, coping strategies, and experiences that have shaped where you are now.
Some people come with anxiety or burnout; others want to understand relationship dynamics, work-related stress, or the impact of neurodivergence such as ADHD or autism. Whatever brings you, we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
Who tends to find this helpful
People who resonate with my work often:
feel tired of being misunderstood or oversimplified
want thoughtful exploration rather than quick fixes
have spent years coping independently
are curious about their own patterns and responses
You don’t need to have everything clearly defined before starting — uncertainty is welcome.
Practical details
Sessions are available remotely via video or telephone, or in-person in Wombourne, WV5 at a frequency to suit you. We work collaboratively, with regular space to reflect on how the process feels for you. There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels right.
